3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee of LKR 500.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
